Enrollment for new students (PK-6th)
Welcome to Meadow Park Elementary! We are excited to welcome our new families.
If your student has not previously attended an IUSD school, please visit Enroll in IUSD to complete the online pre-enrollment process. During this process, you will be required to upload all requested enrollment documents as outlined in the instructions. PDF format is preferred.
Please note that your child’s enrollment is not complete until the online pre-enrollment process has been fully submitted and all required documents have been uploaded.
As you prepare to enroll, please gather all necessary documents in advance. You may scan them or take clear photos to upload during the online process. Again, PDF format is preferred whenever possible.

Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten
Every year, we host a Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten Parent Information Night for new and incoming families to gather information, ask questions and meet staff.

INTENT TO RETURN: FOR CURRENT MEADOW PARK AND IUSD STUDENTS
If your child is enrolled at Meadow Park Elementary, you don’t need to complete new student enrollment but must fill out the Intent to Return Survey each spring. If you are moving into the Meadow Park area from another IUSD school, please contact your current school for information.
school choice
If you do not live in the Meadow Park Elementary attendance area and would like to attend our school for the upcoming school year, you will need to fill out a school choice request form. Families will be notified via email of School Choice decisions. To find more information about IUSD School Choice policies, please visit the Intradistrict and School Choice webpage. Families currently on School Choice DO NOT need to fill out the form again.
